Twin Bridge Construction is a locally owned and rapidly growing exterior remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, storm restoration, and residential exterior renovations throughout Illinois.
We're looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals who enjoy helping homeowners and want to build a long-term career with unlimited earning potential. If you're comfortable climbing roofs, building relationships, and taking ownership of your success, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, door-to-door prospecting, and community outreach
- Follow up on company-provided leads
- Perform free roof and exterior inspections
- Safely climb ladders and walk residential roofs
- Identify storm damage and recommend repair or replacement solutions
- Prepare and present estimates
- Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
- Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration and construction process
- Manage each customer from the initial inspection through project completion and final payment
- Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM
- Deliver outstanding customer service that leads to referrals and repeat business
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Ability to safely carry, set up, and climb ladders
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable and professional
- Sales experience preferred
- Roofing, construction, or insurance restoration experience is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
