Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on Off-Road products rentals, parts and accessories
- POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling and checkout procedures
- Promote upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are organized and clean
- Deliver excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or scheduling rentals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
Experience
- Prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially within a rental/off-road or similar environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math is essential
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and product demos enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Ability to maintain professional phone etiquette while managing multiple customer interactions
- Knowledge of retail environments is advantageous but not required
