Experience/Specialized Skills/Aptitudes
Five (5) years in a nursing leadership position and five (5) years experience in clinical specialty with a minimum of three (3) years in a tertiary care hospital. Effective communication; strong leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively; demonstrate high level of performance; ability to integrate, coordinate and facilitate ideas/programs/staff; strong interpersonal skills; ability to manage and facilitate change; problem-solving skills.
