FOR OBVIOUS AND LEGAL REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT MALE APPLICANTS AT THIS TIME! THANK YOU.*** We are seeking a lab technician to work in Talladega County, AL. We are a county community corrections program.
Duties
- Work 40 hours per week which includes some weekends.
- Directly observe urine screens from females and collect samples from offenders.
- Input data from drug screens into lab equipment and case management software.
- Work with other personnel in the court system in a professional manner and develop working relationships.
- Requires some local travel. Mileage is reimbursed. We have offices in Talladega and Sylacauga the position requires the ability to work at either office on any given day.
Qualifications
- A high school degree or GED. Must provide a copy of your certificate or transcript.
- Basic computer skills and basic knowledge of programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and social security card.
- Must be reliable and be at work during the hours specified.
