Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled foods, ensuring proper cooking techniques and food safety standards are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed for the grill station.
- Provide support to other kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure efficient service delivery.
