Requirements:
- CCDS or CDIP credential required with active RN
- Inpatient CDI and physician education experience required across all specialties
- Ability to identify documentation opportunities and educate physicians on specificity improvement
- Experience creating specialty-specific education content
- Ability to develop and present results using PowerPoint to client leadership
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage with physicians and leadership
- Epic experience required
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong PowerPoint skills required for education and presentations
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel for onsite physician education
