Part-Time Barista
We’re hiring part-time baristas who care about craft coffee, clean workflow, and great guest experiences. This is a hands-on role: you’ll be on bar and on the floor—dialing in, making drinks, working the rush, cleaning, and keeping service smooth for the team.
What you’ll do
- Pull shots, build drinks, and keep the bar to a high standard
- Greet guests, know the menu, and make confident recommendations
- Maintain food-safety, cash-handling, and cleanliness standards
- Support teammates during rushes and help keep the café looking sharp
- Follow opening and/or closing checklists depending on your shifts
What we’re looking for
- 6+ months on bar or in a restaurant (not required if you’re clearly trainable)
- Calm and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator who works well with guests and staff
- Consistent part-time availability (mornings, weekends, or both)
- Reliable transportation

Experience:
- Restaurant or Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
