Job Title: Project Manager
Reports To: General Manager
Division: Forward Remodeling
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Provide high-level Customer Experience on every project
- Own the project from start of work to final walk and completion
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Walk through with install crew and review scope and plan
- Supervise subcontractors, providing guidance and support throughout the project
- Utilize CRM and company software for project tracking and reporting
- Implement cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Solving issues as they arise
- Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary
- Jobsite clean-up as/when necessary
- Transport warehouse materials to jobsites prior to job starts
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing, siding, or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of roofing and siding materials
- Strong decision-making ability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate subcontractors while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to climb ladders and be on roofs as needed
- Adaptability - adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, changes approach or method to best fit the situation, able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events

Education/Experience:
- 3+ years managing residential exterior home improvement projects
- Working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques, and systems
Certificates and Licenses:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
