As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and driven professional to step into a leadership role focused on sales, marketing, social media, and design management. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job — we are looking for a long-term leader who can help grow the company and eventually transition into taking over the business as the owner approaches retirement over the next 5 years.
Position Overview
This role will oversee and grow the front-end operations of the business, including:
- Sales leadership
- Customer relationship management
- Marketing and branding
- Social media presence
- Design team management
- Business development
The current owner will continue managing operations, logistics, finance, and backend business functions while mentoring the right candidate into a larger leadership role over time.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow cabinetry and countertop sales
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers
- Oversee and support kitchen and bath design staff
- Develop marketing strategies to increase showroom traffic and sales
- Manage and grow company social media platforms and online presence
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer communication
- Help improve company systems, sales processes, and overall customer experience
- Identify growth opportunities and help shape the future direction of the company
Qualifications
- Experience in kitchen & bath, cabinetry, interior design, remodeling, construction sales, or related industry preferred
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Leadership and management ability
- Marketing and social media experience preferred
- Organized, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term business growth

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and may include a combination of salary, commission, bonuses, and future growth opportunities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
