About the Job
Excellence Home Care is looking for caring and dependable Caregivers / Personal Support Specialists (PSS) to join our team. You'll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while making a positive difference in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping
- Help with walking and mobility
- Follow the client's care plan
- Complete basic documentation after each visit
Report any changes in the client's condition

Qualifications
- PSS certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Experience as a caregiver, PSS, CNA, or HHA is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass a background check
