Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common rooms.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, laundry services, and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces efficiently.
- Manage household chores like organizing clutter, changing linens, and handling light household repairs when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with custodial duties in larger residential complexes or during special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely.
- Familiarity with housekeeper management or custodial experience enhances your suitability for this role.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
