Experience Requirement: Currently looking to hire experienced building structural engineers with 3 or more years of experience. PE is preferred, but not required
Job Description: The prospective candidate will handle multiple projects as project lead or under the direction of a senior engineer depending on the level of experience. The candidate will be put in a position of responsibility and given the opportunity to lead a team and interface with the client from start to finish. Perfect position for someone looking to enhance their engineering skills and be given leadership opportunities. Experience in design with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood preferred (however not all are necessary), and a Bachelor's or higher is required
Our project sectors include commercial, municipal, education, healthcare, industrial, multi-family residential, and many others. On occasion, our engineers get the opportunity to travel across the country to support field surveys and other hands-on project work.
This is a full-time permanent position with healthcare/dental insurance for employee and family paid 100% by the company, 401K retirement plan with 50% company match up to 8%, long-term disability, life insurance and an option during the summer to work nine-hour days with every other Friday off. $5000 of tuition assistance available annually to include college degree programs, professional certifications, and advanced licensure along with associated prep courses and exam fees.
Annual end-of-year bonuses are also awarded as up to 4 weeks of salary based on performance
