ERP SAVVY is seeking a highly skilled Rail Maintenance Capabilities Expert to join our team for the GOM and TSW rail projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rail maintenance and a strong understanding of the latest technologies and best practices in the industry. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can ensure the reliability and efficiency of our rail infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies for rail infrastructure, ensuring alignment with project goals and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of rail assets to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
- Utilize advanced maintenance management systems to track asset performance, schedule maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall project timelines.
- Provide technical expertise and training to maintenance staff on best practices and the use of maintenance management systems.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations in all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in rail maintenance, with a strong understanding of maintenance management systems.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
