We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in the patients home. Duties
- Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Assist with specimen collection processing to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in patient care within home healthcare settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of specimen collection processing techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to adhere strictly to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
