Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored technology solutions
- Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and follow-up strategies
- Provide excellent customer service via phone communication, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Adopt sales technology tools to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve overall sales performance
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales within the technology or B2B sales sectors
- Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service roles that require active listening and consultative selling approaches
