Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Operate cash register and handle payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down counters and tables
- Restock bar supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending and serving food
- Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills
- Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to upsell drink specials or promotions
- Understanding of food industry regulations and best practices for food handling
- Proficiency in using Clover or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills, including the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
