Ability to manage independent sales representatives while simultaneously maintaining direct sales account responsibilities with key accounts in the region.
- Ability to work effectively in urgent situations, and successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a well-organized manner.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills, strong organization and planning skills, and have the ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines.
- Ability to prepare or review analysis of market or sales trends and make appropriate recommendations to achieve company goals.
- Ability to work successfully with a minimum amount of direct supervision.

Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, CRM System (Salesforce.com), Outlook, and Power Point
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma and a minimum of five years sales and/or sales management experience in the Adjustable Frequency Drive or related industry is required. A Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Business and Electrical Engineering curriculums is preferred.
This position requires approximately 50% of overnight travel.
Ideally this person will reside in the Northeast United States within the Region listed above.
