Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Coach to lead our CrossFit and HYROX programs and create a fun and positive environment for athletes. The ideal candidate will have a Level One coaching certificate or higher, with specific expertise in areas such as CrossFit, Bootcamp or HYROX. This role requires an individual who is committed to helping the business grow as a community and has a fun and very outgoing personality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of athletes across various skill levels.
- Conduct regular practices and drills to enhance athletic performance
- Monitor athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Organize and oversee competitions, ensuring that all participants understand the rules and expectations.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for all athletes, promoting health club standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with myself and other coaches to create a personalble training atmosphere.
- Maintain records of athlete performance and attendance.
- Promote physical fitness through engaging activities in gym settings or events
Skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying ages and skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with athletes and other coaches
- Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, training sessions, and competitions effectively.
- Experience in physical education or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
