BASE PAY: $18 per hour
Earn more per hour based on your sales performance each week!
Sales Performance Based Bonus Structure [based on Average Cart Amount Pre-Tax]*:
$37 average cart = $19/hour effective pay
$40 average cart = $20/hour effective pay
$42 average cart = $21/hour effective pay
$45 average cart = $22/hour effective pay
$47 average cart = $23/hour effective pay
$50 average cart = $25/hour effective pay
===What We're Looking For===
- Ability to hit sales targets by recommending products, promoting deals, and upselling.
- Some Weekend availability is required. Full availability is preferred.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, effects, and uses.
- Friendly and customer-focused, providing great service with a smile.
===Job Responsibilities====
- Help customers make informed purchasing decisions and meet sales goals.
- Provide excellent, friendly customer service.
- Manage inventory and keep accurate records.
- Handle cash accurately, perform counts, and keep accurate records. - Stay updated on new cannabis products and industry trends.
- Keep the dispensary clean and well-organized.
- Be a team player and assist with other tasks as needed.
