We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to focus on our central operations functions at EverCommerce.
You:
You are an experienced Salesforce Administrator who has a background in project management. You are passionate about proactively identifying business problems and solutioning appropriately updated processes and platforms to resolve them. You have a data first mentality and knack for developing actionable metrics and dashboards. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem driving long term projects through to completion.
Responsibilities:
Support our Ops Strategists in delivering on Salesforce implementations or change management projects
Manage inbound support tickets for both system enhancements and issue resolution
Collaborate with stakeholders on developing sustainable and scalable business processes
Develop Salesforce administrative best practices and frameworks for implementing and maintaining them across the portfolio
Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.)
Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Ring Central, native CRM voice solutions, etc.)
Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
2+ years of Salesforce administration
3+ years of administrative experience across enterprise platforms
Comfortable managing long term projects alongside day-to-day output
Demonstrated ability to work independently while aligning with a shared team goal
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 – $80,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
