We’re looking for a skilled Diesel Technician & Forklift/Pallet Jack repairs person who takes pride in their work and wants consistent pay with the challenge of maintaining our small fleet of 8 trucks and 6-company vehicles along with miscellaneous Forklifts, Pallet Jacks & misc. lawn care equipment etc. Must be able to help and do what is necessary for the success of the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Safety is the highest priority in every facet of the job.
- Diagnose and repair diesel and automotive systems
- Diagnose and repair Thermo-King and Carrier reefer units
- Diagnose and repair pallet jacks and electrical lift equipment
- Perform engine, fuel system, suspension, and electrical work
- Accurately document and communicate needed repairs
- Maintain efficiency and high-quality standards
- Assist with light customer interaction, estimates, invoicing, and shop communication when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong diagnostic ability
- CDL would be great but not required
- Experience with diesel trucks preferred
- Experience with refer unit repair preferred
- Experience with Fork-Lift repair preferred
- Ability to work independently
- High accountability—no comebacks, no shortcuts
