About the Role
As a Line Cook at The Honu, you’ll work closely with our kitchen leadership to prepare high‑quality dishes with consistency, speed, and attention to detail. You’ll be part of a team that values creativity, respect, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Honu recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Assist with prep work, inventory rotation, and daily kitchen tasks
- Ensure food quality, portion accuracy, and timely service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line cook experience 3-5 years
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time position 40 hours a week
- Flexible scheduling with consistent weekly hours
