Tree Care Ground Crew Member — Entry Level to 2 Years Experience
The Tree Guy LLC is hiring a ground crew member in Richmond KS.
Entry level is
fine. If you've got a season or two under your belt, even better.
What you'll do
You'll work on the ground supporting the climber and crew lead. That means
dragging brush, running the chipper, handling rigging ropes, keeping the job site
clean and safe, and helping load and unload equipment. You'll learn the trade
from guys who've been doing it for years.
What we need from you
Valid driver's license
Able to work outside in all weather
Comfortable with physical work — lifting, dragging, climbing in and out of
trucks all day
Willing to work 10+ hour days when the job calls for it
Shows up on time, every time
No experience required. We'll train you. But if you've worked tree care
before, we want to hear about it.
Pay
$18–$30 per hour, based on experience. We pay for what you bring to the crew.
