Job Overview:
The Front End Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all employees within the front-end of the store, such as cashiers, baggers, and customer service representatives. The Front End Supervisor is tasked with implementing schedules, changing scheduled shifts when necessary, and ensuring that all employees are working safely and efficiently. Front End Supervisor leads by example and delegates to ensure prompt, friendly, helpful customer service, accurate cash handling practices, and a clean and orderly front end.
