Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning techniques for floors, carpets, and upholstery to ensure optimal cleanliness and appearance.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures regularly.
- Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Provide friendly customer service by addressing resident requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel or custodial experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and cleaning products used in residential settings.
- Ability to handle laundry equipment and perform laundry duties efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with residents and team members.
