About the Role
We're hiring motivated Consultants to help homeowners go solar while building a serious, high-earning career. This is a performance-driven role with fast payouts, strong bonuses, and full back-office support so you can focus on what you do best — selling.
This new team will be directly built and led by Fidencio "Vale" Aldamuy, an experienced Sales Pro with a proven track record in the renewables industry. Vale is personally selecting and mentoring each consultant on this team, bringing hands-on leadership and a genuine commitment to raising the standard in how solar is sold and delivered. LinkedIn

What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role
- Prior sales experience preferred (solar/home improvement a plus, but not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Coachable and eager to grow with a supportive team
