Red Wagon Detailing is one of the fastest-growing mobile detailing businesses in the Charlotte area, known for delivering high-quality services to car enthusiasts, busy professionals, and everyday drivers who take pride in their vehicles. We generate consistent leads daily through Facebook and Google Ads—and now we’re looking for a driven sales representative to close them.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to call inbound leads who have already shown interest in our services and guide them through the process of booking a detail. No cold calling, no door knocking—just real people who are already interested. You’ll be trained by the owner to fully understand the services, pricing, and customer objections. Once trained, you’ll independently handle inbound leads, close deals, and earn commission on every sale.
What You’ll Do:
- Call and follow up with inbound leads from Facebook and Google Ads
- Educate potential customers on our detailing packages, service quality, and availability
- Overcome objections, build trust, and confidently close the sale
- Input booking info into our CRM
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth handoff to detailers
- Follow up with previous leads to generate repeat business
- Maintain high conversion rates through consistent performance
Training:
- 1-on-1 in-person shadowing and training with the owner
- Learn the ins and outs of our services, pricing, sales strategy, and customer objections
- Ongoing coaching and optimization
Pay Structure:
- Commission on every job sold
- Performance-based bonuses available
- No cap on earnings – the more you close, the more you make

- Comfortable on the phone and skilled at building rapport
