- Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders.
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience or training in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
- Certifications in first aid and CPR are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Knowledge of security procedures, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while maintaining alertness throughout shifts.
