Wesbury is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate the resident assessment process, support Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and promote regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete MDS/resident assessments
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation
- Support PDPM, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with audits, compliance, and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Current PA RN license
- MatrixCare experience strongly preferred.
- MDS, PDPM, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
