Shop at Home Sales Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Hybrid Role: Shop at Home appointments and coverage in one of our Natick showroom (split is dependent upon Shop at appointment demand)
- In home sales of all types of flooring including carpet, hardwood, laminate, and LVT
- Contacting customers to schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner
- Customer order entry into our industry specific retail sales computer system (RFMS)
- Measuring and evaluating space to determine scope of work and quantities needed
- Handling aspects sales process from initial contact to sale
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years Retail Flooring (or construction materials) Sales experience
- Basic computer & email skills
- Superior customer service skills a must!
- Weekends required
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to Adapt to a Growing & Changing Company
