Responsibilities

- Manage daily classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 1-5 years.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior and social interactions among students.
- Support children with special needs through individualized early intervention strategies and accommodations.
- Conduct assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support each child's welfare and educational journey.
- Incorporate physical education, arts, music, and other activities to promote holistic development.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and safety standards in accordance with childcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven or daycare setting.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.
