Maintenance Lead II
Do you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping a community running smoothly? Greencroft Goshen is looking for a Maintenance Lead to help maintain our senior living campus, ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable, and welcoming place to call home.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
On-Call Rotation:
Evenings and weekends as scheduled

What You'll Do:
- Perform day-to-day maintenance throughout the campus
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements
- Support seasonal responsibilities, including snow removal and grounds maintenance
- Help coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff
What We're Looking For:
- Three or more years of maintenance experience
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
