Job Summary: We are looking for a experienced HVAC Start up/commission Project Manager to oversee and manage our Start up/Controls department. The ideal candidate will have strong background in HVAC Controls and start up and commissioning, excellent leadership kills and the proven skill to help completed jobs on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review controls drawings, equipment submittals, and manuals.
- Coordinate HVAC controls and start up with subcontractors.
- Identify and present HVAC controls scope of work.
- Travel to job sites and support superintendents and subcontractors.
- Coordinate installation schedules with Construction Manager
- Complete daily work orders and coordinate schedules.
- Resolving customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Start up and commission equipment including boilers, air conditioners, furnaces, etc.
- Perform quality control job site walk through visits
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HVAC equipment including boilers, air conditioners, furnaces, RTUS, VAVS, mini splits, VRF, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of HVAC electrical/control install and commissioning
- Start up and commissioning experience with HVAC equipment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Salary: $80,000-$110,000 DOE
