Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong experience using QuickBooks Enterprise to support daily office operations, accounting tasks, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and customer communication, scheduling, and reporting.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day administrative office tasks
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Enterprise
- Process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and receipts
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events for staff members
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial summaries
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Maintain filing systems and company documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative assistant or office management experience
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Experience with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Ability to multitask and work independently
