Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our client’s growing nd serve as a key resource for employees and leadership. In this role, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions—including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and personnel record management—while helping to cultivate a positive, supportive workplace culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and problem?solving skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to employees at all levels. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to a scaling organization and play an integral role in strengthening our HR operations. organization
Responsibilities:
Maintain the confidentiality of personal employee information, company information, records, and related issues in accordance with all the applicable laws.
Communication with employees about any issues, questions, and concerns. As well, as posting notice of all communication throughout the plant.
Administration of all employee benefits, including Health Insurance, 401K, Company Life Insurance, PTO.

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
