Position Overview
This position is part-time for approximately the next month while we continue growing our practice.
Our new Clinic Manager will be starting in mid-August, so this role may either:
- Grow into additional part-time hours as the clinic expands, or
- Scale back depending on staffing needs.
We're looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and excited to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients with a warm, energetic attitude
- Answer phones and respond to text messages
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments
- Keep the front office clean and organized
- Assist with light administrative tasks
- Help maintain a positive patient experience
- Support the clinical team throughout the day

- Learns new software quickly
- Has excellent communication skills
- Takes initiative without needing constant direction

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience
- Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, wellness, or fitness office is a plus
- Familiarity with scheduling software is helpful but not required
Hours
Part-time with flexible scheduling.
Hours may increase as the clinic continues to grow or decrease after our Clinic Manager begins in mid-August. We will communicate expectations clearly throughout the process.
