Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (+4 years without degree)
Experience:
- 8 or more years of experience in warehouse/shipping/receiving operations
- 2-5 years of experience in a Managerial role
- Experience analyzing inventory and making adjustments to reduce cash while maintaining high levels of customer service
Computer Skill:
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Skills:
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and lead projects required
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, both oral and written as well as strong presentation skills required
Additional Preferred Skills: (not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, preferred
- APICS certification preferred
- Experience leading projects demonstrating financial improvements (cash and/or cost savings)
- Experience with M3 or similar ERP systems
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Experience with Manufacturing Processes
