The Role
We're seeking experienced full-time and part-time Servers who are committed to genuine hospitality and thrive in an energetic, team-oriented environment. At Osteria Amici, our servers are more than order takers—they are ambassadors of the Navarre Hospitality Group experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service throughout every guest's dining experience.
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence, including wine pairings, cocktails, and daily features.
- Accurately enter orders and process payments using Toast POS.
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, server assistants, expos, and the culinary team to deliver seamless service.
- Maintain a polished dining room while anticipating guest needs before they arise.
- Adapt quickly to changing service demands while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years serving in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
- Indiana Employee Liquor Permit or ability to obtain one.
- Passion for Italian cuisine, wine, and craft cocktails.
- Experience with Toast POS preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills and polished professionalism.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to roll with the punches when service priorities or guest needs change.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
