Industrial Painter (Entry-Level) – Paid Training Provided
Pay: $25–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)

We’re hiring experienced Industrial Painters to join a growing team with multiple long-term projects. Previous experience with industrial painting is preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Perform surface preparation prior to painting and coating applications
- Assist with job site setup, safety rigging, and equipment preparation
- Apply industrial coatings using airless paint sprayers
- Assist with abrasive blasting and surface finishing
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure coating standards are met
- Complete job site cleanup and proper disposal of materials
- Follow all company and job site safety procedures

Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, twisting, and climbing
- Ability to climb ladders and work from scaffolding or lifts
- Ability to wear full personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the workday
Required PPE & Equipment
Workers must be comfortable using and working with:
- Heavy-duty airless paint sprayers
- Industrial abrasive blasting equipment
- Scaffolding and aerial lifts
- Full-body PPE, including respirators and Tyvek suits
- Standard PPE such as hard hat, steel toe boots, gloves, glasses and vest
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
