Duties
- Lead and supervise construction crews in finish trades, framing, masonry, roofing, siding, and restoration projects.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution accurately.
- Oversee the operation of heavy equipment and power tools safely on-site while maintaining adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage project timelines by planning and scheduling tasks.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret construction plans and schematics for seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in finish carpentry, tile, roofing, siding, and remodeling.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in dimensional measurements.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across multiple trades such as welding and restoration projects.
- Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements and calculations related to project specifications.
