Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures • Experience building scalable APIs using Lambda, ECS, and/or EKS • Hands-on experience building MCP Servers • Experience delivering end-to-end solutions with AWS Bedrock AgentCore • Experience integrating AWS Connect with backend systems and workflows • Infrastructure as Code: AWS CloudFormation and AWS CDK • CI/CD: GitHub Actions • Experience with spec-driven development, including use of AI-powered tools such as Windsurf and SpecIt • Experience working in complex, multi-team enterprise environments
