Inside Sales Representative – Appointment Setter (Call Center)

Job Type: Full-Time(Weekdays 11-8pm, Weekends 10-7pm)
Pay: Base + Uncapped Commission
National Bath Inc. is expanding our Inside Sales Team and we're looking for motivated appointment setters to join our fast-paced call center. This is a great opportunity to earn reliable base pay with high commission potential while working with pre-qualified, warm leads—no cold calling required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads provided daily and schedule in-home consultations
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our bath remodeling services
- Update and manage lead information using our CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment setting goals

Qualifications:
- Previous call center or phone sales experience is a plus
