We are seeking a skilled and professional Medical Assistant to join our team. This role involves both clinical and patient-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced wellness/medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer injections and medications as directed
- Perform phlebotomy and handle specimen collection safely and accurately
- Establish and maintain intravenous (IV) access
- Ensure proper sterilization, storage, and handling of medical supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care
- Assist with patient intake, documentation, and follow-up care
Qualifications:
- Certified or experienced Medical Assistant preferred
- Strong clinical skills in injections, IV placement, and blood draws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
