Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate assessments and repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.
- Conduct HVAC system maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs using stick welding techniques.
- Work with logic controllers to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and industrial mechanics is essential.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and schematics is highly desirable.
- Experience in stick welding and fabrication techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
