Kindspire Education is hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for an in-person, school-based opportunity in the Trenton, NJ area for the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate students and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, administrators, and families.
- Assist students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor, and functional classroom skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (when applicable).
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist License
- NBCOT certification required
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
