Pay & Incentives
- Weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500/week
- CPM rate: 60 - 70 CPM ( increased by 1 CPM annually max out in 10 years)
- Annual equivalent: $67,000– 78,000/year
- Miles: ~ 2,000 - 2,500 per week
Home Time
- Home weekly
- Day off includes Saturday or Sunday
- Both shifts Day and Night available
- Consistent scheduling based on freight availability
Freight & Routes
- Based in Hamilton, OH, drivers will run dedicated regional routes across the Eastern region. The job includes 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight, steady load volume, and dependable miles. With predictable weekly home time, drivers can count on a consistent schedule and reliable time at home.

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- 21 or older
- Entry-level drivers are welcome - 0 months of experience required
- Minor violations reviewed case by case
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on time
- Operate automatic tractor with 48’–53’ trailer
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
