Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field or 4 years of related work history/experience.
- 4 years maintenance experience, planning/scheduling experience and/or technical degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and must be able to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
Preferred education and experience
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma or TPM preferred.
- Change management experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proven strong work ethic, and follow through; able to work collaboratively at all levels in the organization.
Work environment (includes travel/on-call):
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
