Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks with basic tasks.
- Ensure proper handling of food items to maintain hygiene standards.
- Support the catering team during events by managing dishware and serving items effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Skills
- Experience in hospitality or culinary settings is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
