The award winning restaurant group, The Peasant & The Pear Inc., owned and operated by Chef Rodney Worth, is in need of an Assistant Manager with 5+years management experience at The Golden Pear, exclusively serving the Rossmoor community. We are looking for a dedicated, responsible & reliable leader to join our team an work with our General Manager. Our Assistant Managers are expected to interact with every guest that dines with us, manage labor, and be a responsible presence at our establishments. The position requires 30-40 hours, including nights and weekends. Strong skills in Toast, Homebase, and Resy are a plus.
