Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor with strong HVAC experience to oversee maintenance operations across two multifamily residential properties in the St. Louis area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring both communities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform daily maintenance operations across two properties
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (required)
- Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns
- Lead and support maintenance staff (if applicable)
- Ensure timely completion of service requests and high resident satisfaction
- Maintain property standards, safety compliance, and curb appeal
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician in multifamily housing
- Strong HVAC experience (certification preferred)
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
- Ability to work independently and travel between two nearby properties
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to be on-call for emergency maintenance (rotation as needed)
